At MD Fit For Life, I believe that everyone deserves personalized attention and customized fitness plans to help them achieve their goals, as every training program should be as unique as the person behind it. My training programs are designed to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual client, while using the Optimum Performance Training Model that the National Academy of Sports Medicine developed to improve the overall Human Movement System. It begins with correcting Postural Movements and Movement Patterns to ensure that you get the most out of every session. From flexibility training, to correcting postural and muscle imbalances, to core training, cardio training for weight loss or increasing sports performance adaptations, Resistance Training for overall muscle strength as well as Muscular Hypertrophy. I have the knowledge, skills and education to train any type of client, with the desire to change their lives in a positive way.
